"View My Portfolio" Subscription Service by David Zurbuchen With Optional TA Charts by Roy Martens
Automatic Renewal (PayPal -- Credit cards/ Debit cards/ Bank transfers)
Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a like period of time, unless a cancellation request is made through your PayPal account at least (1) day prior to renewal (see definition of recurring units below). If you are paying by check or credit card and wish to cancel your subscription, then you must notify Silver in Scripture at least three (3) business days prior to renewal for both monthly and yearly subscriptions (see: Contact Information at the bottom of this page).
Cancellation Requests
Notify Silver in Scripture of a cancellation request by sending an email to .
To cancel through PayPal, log into your PayPal account and access the date of your original transaction (transaction history). Next, simply click on the cancel subscription request, and you will not be charged for any future subscription periods unless you resubscribe.
If you are under the new subscription procedure through Netbilling (rather than PayPal), please go to their cancellation page if you would like to cancel future subscriptions.
Definition of Recurring Units
Monthly Subscription = calendar month (recurring payment will renew the same day of each month until cancelled).
Yearly Subscription = 360 day calendar year (recurring payment will renew once every 360 days).
Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the subscriber hereby authorizes Silver in Scripture to charge the subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of subscription. The subscriber hereby further authorizes Silver in Scripture to charge the subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by the site.
Reattempts
If Subscriber's payment fails on any given month for whatever reason, payment will be reattempted two more times before the subscription is cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds will be offered to Subscriber's ONLY under special circumstances as determined by Silver in Scripture.
Subscription Fees
As a subscriber you are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current terms of this site. Price increases for new subscribers do not affect subscribers who joined prior to any price increases.
Copyright
The Yahoo! Finance account accessible to paying subscribers is to remain accessible only to paying subscribers. Passwords and Yahoo! ID's to this account may under no circumstances be sold or given away to non-subscribers. Settings to preferences, portfolios, account information, or anything else that may be edited within this Yahoo! Account may under no circumstances whatsoever be edited or changed.
Commercial use of “View My Portfolio” is strictly prohibited. You do not have permission to use it for any sale or rental.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and may lead to the dissolution of this service as will be determined by Silver in Scripture.
Termination of Subscription
Subscription to this service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by Silver in Scripture upon notification by electronic mail to a current Subscriber who fails to adhere to any of the above guidelines. When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees up to the point of termination are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
Unforeseen Circumstances
There is no guarantee that the "View My Portfolio" will be sent out the first week of every month to paying subscribers. Unforeseen circumstances such as computer viruses, illnesses, hospitalization, family emergencies, etc. may prevent me from fulfilling this service in as prompt a manner as would be desired. If an event such as those described above result in my inability to publish the "View My Portfolio" service and send it out to subscribers within a given calendar month, prorated refunds will be issued in as timely a manner as is possible.
Termination of the "View My Portfolio" Service
Silver in Scripture reserves the right to cancel this service at any time, without explanation, and for indefinite periods of length. In such an unfortunate event, notification will be sent to current subscribers and prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of their subscription.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for completed orders unless:
1. Circumstances prevent Silver in Scripture from fulfilling your order.
2. Other circumstances to be determined solely by Silver in Scripture qualify as legitimate grounds for the
issuance of a refund.
